lol... i do believe its legal to own if a person in the service sells it to you... he's not supposed to do that, but you won't get in trouble for having it.

I know some people who would bring hand guns home bro, one of them sells tons of handguns. he was offering it to me but I rather get a gun I can actually shoot without getting in trouble.
