Will the ACOG sight sold on the rap4 site fight on an x7 without any other modifications? And what would be the best sight to buy?

Any piccatiny rail accessory will work on the X7. Best sight? I don't think the sights matter on a paintball gun, by the time you look through em' you're already out of the game. I was thinking on the ACOG myself, but decided against it, due to the quick action of paintball is no joke. I'd advise you to focus on modding your guns internals for performance. RAP4 has everything you need to hook your X7 into a warmachine. I have an X7 and I completely hooked mine up, so if you have anymore questions feel free to ask.

Sounds good! I do have another question...what should I do, TechT or rap4 cyclone upgrades and bolt?

RAP4 and TechT cyclone upgrades are pretty much the same, they both are made with aircraft aluminum alloy so They both will give you awesome performance. I have the RAP4 upgrades and they are awesome, the only thing I didn't like was the paddles. It says "soft" but it's barley soft to me.
The soft paddles are used for less ball breakage, but I got to say I haven't had a ball break even without the paddle. I got to say, I like the TechT designs and looks but when it comes down to price and performance they both do the same, but RAP4 is much cheaper. You can get it all for only 50 bucks.

Its a code that they will ask on liine when you are ready to check out from your shopping chart order. Use "TTPL" and save 10%

Ahh I kinda read it wrong. A redeem code is pretty much like a coupon or a prepaid ticket sort of thing. In RAP4 terms it's an electronically discount. It's 10% off any purchase you make. Just enter it at the checkout screen and press the "redeem" button and you're gold.
