No problem!  I have a question now, If we have someone registered as a particular position, like medic, or demolitions, and the person registered doesn't show up for some catastrphic reason..... can another member assume that role?

The role of a sniper is explained simple but is a very hard role to fill. One main motive of a sniper is not just "killing" or taking out high captains, but it's to simply observe enemy movement and recon areas for information. Now the taking out high position enemy targets are used to drop the morale of the enemy greatly. Now people who specialize in snipers are just plain hardcore, they can take out targets over miles away (using .50 cal).

Just picture your team patrolling an area and all of a sudden your captain gets taken out, and your team is left scattered around. It's a major mind buster.
