Professionally Taught Course

dorsai:
I'm posting this note in the hopes that there's at least
one field out there, or perhaps a team with access to a
large enough field, who would like to host a 1-2 day course
centered on basic tactics and unit leadership.

This course would be lead by Mr. Chirstopher E. Larsen,
author of the book 'Light Infantry Tactics For Small Teams.'
Chris is a well traveled former solider who works today for a
major DOD contractor at the Army's Command College, so his
time is somewhat limited.  His current book can be found on
line or through your local book stores.  He's plans call for the
release of a second book, geared towards tactics for Airsoft
and Paintball Players early in 2008.

I'm putting out this offer out after seeing the difference a
day spent with him and his team had on the 50 senior NCOs
and Officers who took part in a day long program dubbed the
SUTAL (Small Unit Tactics and Leadership Course), during this
year's 2007 Oklahoma D-Day event.

Christopher offers a number of different courses and can even custom tailor one to suit you're needs.  Ideally, what he'd like
to do is hold a series of regional courses, so that larger numbers
of players can attend.  Cost for the courses largely depends on
the number of people taking part.

If you've got any questions, or want more details, feel free to
drop me a note or call.

Sincerely,

dorsai:
1 Shepherd wants me to annmounce that they've finally received
their allotment of 40 brand new MILEs 2000 systems.  These state
of the art training systems are the same as those currently in use by our military, so please don't confuse them with the older, easy to defeat units that first came on the scene.

These MILEs units, along with 40 'real steel' M126s, AK-47s and
RPK (LMGs) form the 'HARD' aspect of 1 Shepherd's training program.
In addition, they also offer lower cost course options which allow you to use your own AirSoft or Paintball guns.

Those wishing to schedule a training sessions for their team or group with 1 Shepherd is invited to contact my office for available dates, or you can also contact 1 Shepherd directly by going their website www.1shepherd.com for more complete details and training program schedule options.
